Project Description
Tercot Management was required to determine the environmental conditions of an agricultural property with a residential dwelling in order to complete the acquisition of the land for future development and to lay the groundwork for municipal servicing and permitting.
Palmer performed a preliminary geotechnical site investigation to assess the bearing capacity of the soil for development, as well as an Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and a natural heritage study to gauge potential contamination and impact of development on the surrounding area.
